Summary

My goal as a future veterinarian is to establish myself as a clinician for small animal and exotic practice, and in orthopedic surgery. As a lifelong learner, I am also keenly interested in research, behavior, and wildlife conservation. Additionally, I hope to one day give back to my community and serve as a mentor for at-risk youth, particularly those of the LGBTQ+ community. I am an avid believer in the One Health concept and strive to spread awareness of its importance in the community, particularly in underserved communities, where education and intersectionality can have the greatest impact on health.
