Accomplishments

Some of my greatest accomplishments are being a tutor and babysitter for my neighbour, being a caretaker for the elderly in my family and my community,making my home a safe heaven for stray animals and helping the less fortunate and mentally ill.

Additional Information

My love for taking care of others started when I was 9 years old and was old enough to understand that my mother was mentally ill, at that age I had to help with her needs and her everyday life until she passed away on the 20th of July 2012. In that same year my great grandmother was diagnosed with alzheimer's disease and had to move in with her daughter which is my grandmother. I've learned more about patience,love and care while helping with my great grand mom. It was difficult at times but we managed until her passing on April 2nd 2019. In 2018 my grandmother on my father side was diagnosed with alzheimer's disease, my dad took care of her alone until 2020 when he confined in me that it getting difficult for him on his own. That year I changed profession and job location which was closer to my dad and moved back home to help with my grandmother until she passed away on the 25th of November 2020, As of today I still help the elderly in my community or those who are less fortunate to have a home of their own and because of the love I have for helping others it has drawn me to enhance my knowledge and helps other to the best of my ability. I am currently taking three (3) courses with Alison Education Company where I am studying for my diploma in caregiving, mental health studies and nursing and patient care and with this knowledge I will spread the love and care I have in stored.

My hobbies are taking care of my pets, helping my grandmother in the farm and making agro produce with her, baking, singing and being a companion when needed.
